We have specialized knowledge of First Degree Fitness water rowers. Our technicians understand the patented adjustable fluid resistance system, proper tank handling, and requirements for different models (Neptune, Viking, Pacific). We ensure precision handling and assembly.

We safely drain the tank using manufacturer-recommended methods before transport. We secure all components to prevent shifting and use padding to prevent impact damage. Upon reinstallation, we refill with purified water and add treatment.

We verify tank seals, fill with purified water to exact levels, add treatment solution, and test the resistance adjustment mechanism. We ensure the selector dial moves smoothly and provides appropriate resistance without dead spots.

For wooden models (Viking), we use non-marring tools and padding to protect finishes. For aluminum models (Neptune), we prevent scratching and stress on connections. We ensure fasteners are tightened correctly—never over-tightened on wood.

We provide guidance on water treatment (typically every 6-12 months), tank cleaning, rail maintenance, and fastener checks. We offer specific advice based on your model and usage environment to extend equipment life.

Installation typically takes 1-2 hours depending on complexity. Wooden Viking models may take slightly longer than Neptune or Pacific models due to assembly requirements. We provide specific estimates during consultation.
