Our comprehensive cycling studio setup includes strategic layout planning for optimal bike positioning and traffic flow, proper spacing between bikes (typically 2-3 feet in all directions), instructor platform placement for maximum visibility, assembly and leveling of all bikes, proper drive system setup, console system installation and connectivity configuration, and complete testing of all equipment.

For Schwinn IC Series bikes with Bluetooth capabilities, our setup process includes verifying console system power and functionality, enabling Bluetooth in the system settings, pairing with the facility's devices or demonstrating the pairing process, testing connections with popular fitness apps like Peloton, Zwift, or Schwinn's own apps, and verifying data transmission including power, cadence, and heart rate metrics.

Schwinn Airdyne bikes require special care during moving due to their unique air resistance fan and moving arm components. Our process includes securing the moving arms and fan to prevent damage during transport, removing or properly securing the console, using specialized padding around the resistance fan and critical components, and having adequate manpower to safely handle these substantial pieces of equipment.
