Our technicians disassemble only what's necessary based on your specific model and moving situation.

The total time for an elliptical move typically ranges from 2-4 hours, including disassembly (30-60 minutes depending on model complexity), transport preparation (15-30 minutes), loading/unloading (10-20 minutes each), transport time (varies by distance), reassembly (45-90 minutes), and testing and adjustments (10-15 minutes). Commercial ellipticals and more complex models may require additional time.

Yes, we regularly move ellipticals to and from upper floors and basements. Yes, we provide professional assembly for new ellipticals delivered in boxes or crates. This includes unboxing and organizing all components, frame and stabilizer assembly, drive system installation, console mounting and setup, leveling and calibration, and complete function testing.
