Yes, calibration is recommended after any move. As part of our installation service, we perform a standard calibration check to ensure resistance levels (Bike) and incline/speed (Tread) are accurate. We also level the equipment to ensure stability.

Yes, we specialize in moving heavy equipment like the Tread+ on stairs. This often requires partial disassembly of the handrails and base to safely navigate turns and landings. Our team brings the necessary tools and manpower to handle this safely.

Absolutely. We reconnect the power and data cables, power on the screen, and can help you connect to your local Wi-Fi network to ensure the equipment is online and ready for your next workout.

Yes! We service both residential homes and commercial facilities like hotels, apartment gyms, and corporate wellness centers. We can install multiple units, arrange efficient layouts, and handle large-scale deployments.

If you have the original boxes, that's great! We can use them. However, it's not required. We bring our own professional moving blankets, shrink wrap, and protective materials to safely transport your equipment without original packaging.
