No, we handle all disconnection and reconnection of your smart bike. Our process includes proper shutdown before disconnecting, safe removal and secure packaging of the touchscreen/tablet, careful disconnection of all power and network cables, reconnection and full setup at the new location, and WiFi connection with account verification. The only preparation needed is to have your WiFi network name and password available for reconnection.

We perform calibration as part of our service to ensure your bike functions properly after the move. This includes leveling the bike on the new floor surface, checking and adjusting belt tension if needed, ensuring the flywheel spins smoothly without wobble, verifying the resistance system functions correctly, and testing pedal operation. For Peloton and other smart bikes, we can also assist with the digital calibration process if needed.

Yes, we regularly move exercise bikes to and from upper floors and basements. Our approach includes removing or securing components that could shift during stair transport, using specialized equipment for safely navigating stairs, proper team lifting techniques with at least 2 technicians, and protection for stair surfaces, walls, and railings. Please let us know about any stairs or tight passages during your quote request.

We use custom foam padding designed for touchscreens, protective covers to prevent scratches, secure packaging to prevent movement during transport, and careful handling procedures throughout the process. Yes, we provide professional assembly for new exercise bikes delivered in boxes. This includes unboxing and organizing all components, frame assembly and stabilizer attachment, pedal and seat installation, console and screen mounting, leveling and calibration, WiFi setup for smart bikes, and complete function testing. Proper initial setup ensures safe operation and optimal performance.

We carry comprehensive insurance specifically designed for fitness equipment, including high-value smart bikes like Peloton. In the rare event of damage during our service, we handle the claims process directly and work to resolve issues promptly. Our experienced team, screen protection procedures, and careful handling make damage extremely rare — but your investment is fully protected.
