STEPR machines are designed to fit in spaces with standard ceiling heights. For home installations, most STEPR models require a minimum ceiling height of 8 feet, though some compact models can work with 7'10" ceilings. Commercial models like the STEPR XL may require slightly higher ceilings due to their larger step height. During our pre-installation assessment, we'll measure your ceiling height and ensure proper clearance for safe operation.

STEPR equipment features advanced safety systems that require proper configuration. Our process includes thorough testing of all safety components including auto-sensing technology, emergency stop functions, and laser safety systems on applicable models. We verify that these systems engage properly during use and provide appropriate protection. We also demonstrate the proper operation of these safety features to ensure users understand how they function.

For STEPR models with 27" HD touchscreen consoles, our setup includes secure mounting and alignment of the display, establishment of power connections, configuration of Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, WiFi network integration, app setup for streaming services like YouTube, Netflix, and Spotify, and verification of swivel functionality. We also configure display settings for optimal visibility and demonstrate how to navigate the interface.

Moving a STEPR stair climber requires special care due to its weight and sensitive components. Our process includes partial disassembly where necessary, securing of moving parts to prevent damage, protection of console systems and electronic components, and careful transport using appropriate equipment dollies and lifting techniques. Upon arrival, we carefully position the unit, reassemble all components, level the machine, and perform complete testing to verify all functions are working correctly.
