Our technicians have specialized training in the unique biomechanical engineering of TuffStuff products. We understand the specific requirements for the Bio-Arc movement trajectory and the complex pulley routing of Apollo multi-stack systems, ensuring every unit is set up to factory performance standards.

Moving a multi-stack gym requires a systematic approach. We document the current pulley configuration, organize all hardware by station, and protect the weight stacks during transport. Upon arrival, we reassemble the frame, route the cables, and verify that every station functions with smooth resistance.

Space needs vary by model. For example, a TuffStuff Hybrid Home Gym usually requires an 8' x 10' area with a minimum 7' ceiling. During our consultation, we evaluate your room dimensions to ensure proper clearance for all exercise stations and safe operation zones.

We use heavy-duty floor runners, specialized furniture padding, and commercial-grade dollies for every project. Our team is trained to handle heavy TuffStuff components without dragging or dropping, ensuring your hardwood, tile, or gym flooring remains in pristine condition.
