Answers to common questions about our Vision Fitness moving and installation services.
We have specialized knowledge and experience with Vision Fitness equipment. Our technicians understand the unique features of their treadmills, ellipticals, and exercise bikes. We follow proper assembly, calibration, and setup procedures for all Vision machines, ensuring their award-winning features function properly in both commercial and home environments.
Our process includes disconnecting and securing all electronic components, documenting current calibration settings, properly disassembling components where necessary, secure padding and protection of consoles and frames, and transport using equipment designed for heavy, sensitive machines. We carefully reassemble, recalibrate, and test everything at the new location.
Vision cardio equipment, particularly treadmills, typically requires dedicated electrical circuits. We help verify that your electrical setup meets Vision's specifications, which often include dedicated 15-20 amp circuits for treadmills and proper grounding. We can advise on any electrical modifications needed before installation and ensure proper connection during setup.
Absolutely! We specialize in fitness facility planning. Our service includes analyzing traffic flow patterns, planning equipment placement for logical workout progressions, creating appropriate spacing for safety and comfort, ensuring proper electrical access for cardio equipment, and optimizing floor space. For home gyms, we help maximize available space while maintaining proper clearance.
Our calibration process includes proper belt tension adjustment to manufacturer specifications, drive system alignment verification, incline system calibration for accurate grade percentages, speed calibration to match display readings, and electronic console calibration. For ellipticals, we ensure proper stride alignment, resistance motor calibration, and smooth operation throughout the full range of motion.
We carry comprehensive commercial coverage specifically designed for premium fitness equipment. Our protection includes coverage for electronic and mechanical equipment, professional technician liability, transportation safeguards during equipment relocation, and property protection for your facility. This ensures both your Vision Fitness investment and your property are fully protected throughout the service.
